CAN I CUSTOMISE SELFIEBOX FOR MY EVENT?
Yes. We can really make SelfieBOX your own by adding external branding and artwork utilising a high-quality vinyl decal wrap. You also have a multitude of digital customisation options as well. These include photo overlays, custom screens, event gallery customisation, digital props and filters as well as brand or event messaging.
DO YOU PROVIDE STAFF ON THE DAY?
SelfieBOX is designed to be so simple to setup and use that there’s generally no need for an attendant. Some corporate clients opt to use promotional teams to engage with guests during their event to encourage them to have their photo taken, but that’s up to you.
WHAT'S THE EVENT GALLERY?
All hires come with an online Event Gallery that can be customised to suit your brand or theme. As the event host, you have the option to give guests who interact with SelfieBOX a link to view the Event Gallery.
DOES SELFIEBOX CAPTURE LEADS?
Yes! Every person that interacts with SelfieBOX and has their photo sent to their mobile or email will be saved. We will then send you a list of these emails and phone numbers at the end of your event.
HOW DO GUESTS RECEIVE THEIR PHOTO?
Our software sends each guests photo, GIF or Boomerang directly to their mobile INSTANTLY via SMS or email!
CAN I HIRE A PRINTER WITH MY SELFIEBOX?
To be kind to the environment we don’t offer printing. And, research shows that event engagement on social media is seven times higher when using digital only compared to printed photos.
DO I NEED WIFI TO OPERATE SELFIEBOX?
Yes, in order for SelfieBOX to upload your event photos and send content to your guests your SelfieBOX will require a high-speed WiFi connection. You can also use a mobile hotspot as a backup option if you have a mobile device or dongle connected to a data plan on 4G/5G.
DO I NEED ANY OTHER TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT TO OPERATE SELFIEBOX?
No, as long as you have a general power outlet available and WiFi, you won’t need anything else. If you’re operating SelfieBOX in a dark environment we do recommend some additional lighting to avoid grainy photos.
WHAT IF I NEED TECHNICAL HELP ON THE DAY?
Just call us on 0407 026 646. Although very rare, if you do have issues, 99% are resolved over the phone.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO HIRE A SELFIEBOX?
Our pricing is extremely affordable when compared to other photo booth options. Every client is different, so we like to work with you on your requirements and work out the best possible price. This will depend on whether or not you want external branding, and the number of days you’d like to hire for.
